PARQUE CALA BLANCA is a delightful modern development with attractive semi-detached two storey villas. The large imaginatively designed communal pool, acknowledged to be the best in Javea, has slides and waterchutes, a separate paddling pool with its own mini slide, and is exclusively for residents and occupants of the villas.
The pretty villas are built in the local style, approached through their individual private hedges and lawned garden. There is covered terrace, with Tosca stone arches, furnished with chairs and a table for open air dining and sitting. THIS THREE-BEDROOMED VILLA has a large L-shaped lounge/dining room with satellite TV and with Tosca stone fireplace for wood burning during the w inter evenings, has access off to the downstairs twin-bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a shower room, with toilet and washbasinn; to the kitchen with gas stove and fridge/freezer, leading to an outside wash'n'dry area with washing machine. The sea and the Cala Blanca cove are about 500m walk; the Sandy Arenal Beach is about 1.5km
