	Javea is the gem of the Costa Blanca. Campobello consists of five apartments (of 2-3 bedrooms and now with winter central heating and completely new up-graded beds throughout). It is set in over an acre of splendid private gardens with pool, BBQ & nine magnificent palm trees in a quiet high-class residential area on the pine covered slopes of Cap Marti overlooking Javea bay and about 1km from the main sandy beach area.
Balconies overlook pool & gardens. The poolside/BBQ area is equipped with tables, chairs, sunloungers, parasols and lighting. Easy access to shops, beaches, sporting facilities & restaurants (listing provided) does not detract from our friendly villa-style environment and peaceful holiday location. We are also ideally suited for independent-minded property seekers ! Apartments have large living/dining area, separate kitchen & full bathroom. The building is cabled for satellite (Astra) but equipment must be hired locally through us. Linen (except beach towels) is supplied and changed weekly. Water, gas, electricity, (winter) central heating included. Returnable security deposit max. £150. Nominal laundry charge 800 Pts. pp/per week and single contribution to final cleaning Pts.4500. Deposit approx, one third on signature of agreement; balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A car is essential; special and very competitive car-hire rates apply via the region's No.1 company - so please ask for tariffs before booking. Cots and high chairs can be hired but must be booked in advance. There is a rental supplement for Xmas, New Year & Easter. The property is owner controlled at all times; large parking area.
