	First floor apartment set in a small very pretty urbanisation called Verderma II. There are streams and waterfalls which meander through the apartments and bungalows, and under small foot bridges to the magnificent swimming pools, one of which is about 50 metres away, (not too close to be noisy) and so give a beautiful calm Japanese garden feel to the urbanisation, which is full of mature palms and bougainvilleas.
The apartment is situated on the highest point of the Villarmartin Golf complex. It is on the top floor (only two story buildings allowed), and so has a completely private solarium, with sunloungers, table and chairs, on the roof, which looks over the whole area, with beautiful sea views in three directions. It also boasts the largest private lawned garden, with orange and lemon trees, palms, bougainvilleas, and many other mature tropical plants, which can provide a shady retreat. There is also a large traditional Spanish tiled table and benches for your use. The local gardeners maintain the garden. The apartment is quiet, as it is on the end of the small block of 7 units, and is not joined to the single story bungalow next door. The pretty, well furnished, first floor apartment has two bedrooms; with large built in wardrobes. The twin beds can be joined or separated to suit your needs. The bathroom has shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a washing machine for your use.The oak fitted kitchen, which is marble topped, is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and electric kettle etc. The dining/lounge has a round table and 4 dining chairs, a coffee table, side tables, with lamps, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. There is a cable TV with Sky Television, with movie channels. The whole apartment is furnished to a high standard with many mirror, pictures and ornaments to make it feel a home from home. There is a sun lounge with a small sofa, chair and table, ideal for morning coffee.
LOCATION Torrevieja is situated on the coast, in the southern part of the Valencia and is surrounded by two large natural salt water lagoons, called the "SALINAS DE TORREVIEJA"(Salt Lakes of Torrevieja), considered to be the largest produces of salt in Europe. It has easy access to the A-7 Mediterranean motorway, is 35 Kms. from the international airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javier (Murcia), and near to the main Madrid-Alicante road, offering a comfortable communication to Madrid. HEALTH AND MICROCLIMATE The lagoons, which form the "Salinas De Torrevieja", make the town resemble a "Salt island". The salt concentration, as well as the temperature, give the area a particularly healthy microclimate, which is recommended by medical specialists all over the world, because of its beneficial properties for heart disease, rheumatic illness and respiratory problems. Bathing in the lakes is popular, because of their high salt concentration and their muds, which are approved for the treatment of arthritis, dermatological diseases and heart disease. Torrevieja, boasts a dry climate, 340 sunny days a the year and an average temperature of 18 degrees centigrade. It has magnificent golden sandy beaches (which have been awarded the blue flags of the EEC). There is the Real Club Deportivo Marina International in which there are more than 1500 excellent moorings and many more attractive smaller marinas dotted around the coast to visit. Torrevieja, with its squares, avenues, esplanades, parks, gardens and its highly valued ecological natural parks make it an ideal holiday centre. LEISURE AND SPORT Torrevieja has 5 beautiful well-equipped golf courses, where regularly both national and international championships are held. There is a tennis club and lot of sports facilities in the numerous urbanizations. There is a Water Park, bullring, fair, and at night there are various great pubs and discos. There are many festivals and carnivals, which demonstrate the colour, satire and good humour of the local Spanish. The clean working harbour of Torrevieja, with its historical interest, has its trawler fleet, salt loading equipment, as well watersports. GASTRONOMY The variety between the traditional and the universal makes Torrevieja a gastronomics' delight, at very reasonable prices. The beach restaurants are a must.
