| Our fully air conditioned two storey 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom villa has 2 king-size master suites, 1 queen-size master suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a fourth bathroom. There is a large comfortable main family room, dining area and fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen with adjoining breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is also a second family room, which has a queen-size sleeper sofa, so can double as a further bedroom if required.
The screened private pool area, which is not overlooked, has a large secluded lanai, extended sundeck, and large heated pool and spa (hot tub). A pool-bath (toilet) is available directly from the pool area.
As we are the last in a line of villas the pool area has fabulous uninterrupted views overlooking a conservation area to both south and west. This is a very quiet and private area equipped with a full range of luxury pool furniture. Pool lighting provides for ideal relaxation after dark.
There are many facilities available for use by guests, including Cable TV, with televisions in the family areas and all bedrooms. VCR, DVD, a Playstation 2 and Radio/CD players are also available. Telephones, with free local calls, are provided, as are hair dryers, full laundry facilities, cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels. Our spacious villa offers excellent comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests.
Our villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful Management Company who can assist with any questions, and are available 24 hours a day should the need arise.
