	Comfortable Executive villa in a favoured location on the edge of Calabay Parc, a superior development on Highway 27, just south west of Walt Disney World. Our villa offers a quiet and secluded retreat, yet only 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and within easy reach of many other major Orlando attractions. Our Villa offers excellent accommodation together with a superb private pool, deck area and landscaped garden and patio in full sun.
Our fully air conditioned villa has four bedrooms, two double/queen masters (en-suite) and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom. There is a large comfortable family room, dining room and fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and breakfast area. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room and all cutlery, crockery, bed linen, etc is provided. The villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. There are many facilities available for use by guests, including Cable TV, with televisions in the family room and all bedrooms. VCR, Playstation 2 and Radio/CD players are also available, as are hair dryers and telephones, with free local calls, located in the breakfast area and main master bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the family room, main master bedroom and lanai. The screened private pool area, which is not overlooked, has a secluded covered shady lanai and extended sun deck in full sun all day and a full range of luxury pool furniture. A landscaped area with south facing sun patio and extensive planting, backed by a privacy wall, is situated immediately behind the pool and sun deck. Lanai and pool lighting provides for ideal after dark entertainment. The villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful Management Company who are available to assist with any questions, and are available 24 hours a day should the need arise.
