| Our villa is closer to Disney than many in Kissimmee. The pool has magical underwater lighting for night-time swimming, with BBQ facilities on the extra large deck.
We have a community centre with 2 swimming pools, children's fun pool with water spouts, playground, BBQ facilities, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football pitch, all free of charge. There are many good golf courses in the area to choose from.
Supermarkets, banks and post office are a short distance awaqy.
All linen and towels are provided. We have a laundry room.
There is a telephone which can be used for local calls, free of charge.
For security, entrance to the development villa is by keypad. For your children's safety, there is an alarm on the patio doors.
The villa has 2 very large lounges with dining facilities as well as seating. In the family area is a large cable TV, VCR, stero, books and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. High chairs can be hired on request.
The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, together with cable TV, and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have wardrobes/closets. We have 2 single fold-away beds, enabling the villa to sleep up to 10 people. Cribs can be hired on request. Each main bedroom has a clock/radio.
