	'BLUE LAGOON' is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa on a gated private community just 7 miles from Disney. After a long day at the parks there is nothing better than to cool off and relax in the beautiful private pool while watching the sun go down.
Blue Lagoon' is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with air-conditioning and it's own private screened pool. The two double bedrooms have en-suite facilities (ideal for two families sharing) and large built in wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms also have large built in wardrobes and share the third bathroom that has doors at either end providing easy access from both ends of the villa. The Great room has a double sleeper sofa for extra guests, a three-seater sofa and cable TV/VCR, with patio doors leading to the pool and lanai. There is also a formal dining table and chairs at the other end of the room. In all, the villa can sleep 10, plus a baby. The open plan kitchen looks out over the Great room and has a breakfast bar and a nook area with table and chairs. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble drier situated in the large garage along with an iron and ironing board. There are ample towels supplied which should be sufficient for your stay (please bring your own beach towels).
Our beautiful villa is situated within one of the most sought-after and prestigious private gated communities in Orlando, and is just 7 miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. It is located on the Highway 27, and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are availalble nearby. Westridge also offers easy access to the Interstate 4 which leads to the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coasts and the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa Bay. Orlando International Aiport is just 30 minutes away, Walt Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet 'N Wild a 25 minute drive away. You can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round on the screened pation which is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table. The Lanai area provides a pleasant outdoor cover from the mid-day sun should you prefer the shade. The pool is accessible from the great room, as well as the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
