The well appointed house has ample off-road parking and is situated on an elevated outlook set 3/4 of the way up on a quiet hillside location, overlooking the stunning Dordogne countryside. Maison Belair has a large 12m x 6m outdoor, heated swimming pool with attractive terracing and sun-bathing areas. The pool is a few steps away from the house and the downstairs shower room can be easily accessed for \'before and after\' showers. The local village of St.Severin is just a three minute drive from the house. From here you have access to a Boulangerie for daily fresh bread/croissants etc. There is also a chemist, a newsagent and a Spar supermarket with ample food and drink. The sweeping driveway around the house has ample parking for eight or more cars. The house is set in one and a half acres of it\'s own grassland, with a small orchard of apple, pear and plum trees.
The local village of St.Severin is just a three minute drive from the house.
