	Large villa with a pool , 10 minutes from the coast.. Between Frejus and St Raphael - Provence. 5 Bedrooms, sleeps 8 adults & 3 children. There is easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Grasse and Monte Carlo.
The villa is in a private residential area of large houses. It is some 5 miles back from the coast and 5 minutes from the motorway. It is set just below the Esterel mountain range with the national park within 10 minutes walk. The location gives superbly easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Grasse and MonteCarlo and all other villages and towns along the motorway. The local towns are Frejus and St. Raphael, the former with ancient Roman ruins and amphitheatre. Beaches (both sand and shingle) are within 10 minutes as well as town centres and supermarkets etc. The area is one of cultural interest and there are many musical events. Naturally restaurants abound. For the more sporting there is an excellent tennis club with l 3 courts within 5 minutes and the bay provides water-skiing, scuba-diving, sailing etc etc. There are three excellent golf-courses within 5 minutes drive.
Built in 1991, the villa is set in its own garden and has a swimming pool (8 metres by 4 metres). It has a large patio around the pool with a terrace which is a lovely setting for evening meals. The garden abuts another plot which is currently rough ground (owned by us also). The drive has parking for 2/3 cars and is protected by locked gates which prevent your children from leaving the garden unnoticed. Ground floor: Very large living room with open plan kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, with shower/wc ensuite. W.C. The floors are in terracotta tiles and provided are dining table, three piece leather suite (Swedish), beds etc. Linen and towels can be provided. Outside there are barbeque equipment (gas), outside dining furniture, table-tennis table, Wendy House, six sun loungers etc.
