The apartment has spectacular views from its\' fourth floor balcony (with an elevator), and comprises of a double size divan sofa bed of very good quality for sleeping, plus a full size single bed that stores cleverly away during the day to allow for more space inside the apartment, plus the option of a full size single japanese futon that can go directly onto a specially built platform for a fourth person, should that be required. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom is a full size shower, wc, bidet and lit vanity unit with sink and the balcony stretches the full length of the apartments. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Street parking is available directly outside or enjoy Nice\'s excellent and affordable public transportation system, either bus or train, which can take you to such nearby places as Monte Carlo, Antibes, or even a short ride up the coast into Italy.
The apartment is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes to make things very convenient for your stay. There is a fully bilingual Manager who will meet and greet you upon arrival to ensure your every comfort is met when settling in.
