The apartment has a small balcony facing the sea, no sea views as it is on the second floor of the building but is ideally located for all the beaches of Nice which are directly across the street, and a short walk into town along the Promenade des Anglais in thirty minutes, or ten minutes by local public transportation. There are two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with fridge, small oven, counter top gas stove and all the utensils for cooking. The bathroom is a small European shower with wc, but there is a large vanity sink and lit mirror installed for your convenience in the bedroom area.
The apartment building is very well maintained and I have a local bilingual Manager who will meet and greet you and settle you in upon arrival.
