The apartment offers panoramic views of the Bay of Nice (the Baie des Anges), as well as Cap Ferrat and Cap d\'Antibes. It is ideally located on Avenue de la Californie at the intersection of the Promenade des Anglais, directly across the street from the start of all of the beaches of Nice. There are supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, all within walking distance and the city centre is a lovely thirty minute stroll along the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. There is excellent bus service for those who do not want to drive from both the airport and local buses into town. The trains are a wonderful way to explore the coast to either Monte Carlo, Cannes, Antibes or further afield into the interior of Provence. The apartment has a full size kitchen with washing machine, a full size bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a separate wc. There is a lovely balcony running the full length of the apartment for dining out and enjoying the views. Air conditioning is provided. Street parking directly outside is available.
There is a local Manager on site who will meet and greet you and settle you into the apartment upon arrival. He speaks both French and English.
