Step into life on a working Kona coffee and macadamia nut farm in South Kona. Swim among tropical fish, dolphins and whales in season. Visit national historical park, Painted Church, and Kealakekua Bay marine sanctuary.
Experience living on a century-old working macadamia nut/Kona coffee farm, surrounded by birds, tropical fruit, and exotic flowers. All the mac nuts you can eat, plus hearty farm breakfast. Become part of the spectrum of living history, where more than 200 ancient Hawaiians farmed the narrow Keei strip to trade with their counterparts--the hunters in the mountains and the fishermen on the beach. Enjoy a breakfast, including homemade jams, jellies, and breads, along with our daily special. Pick your own exotic fruits and mac nuts in season to share as you wander the farm. On nearby native beaches, snorkel, scuba dive, or kayak near turtles, dolphins, and rare tropical fish. Star gaze or watch the sunset on the large lanai overlooking Keei Bay and the Pacific Ocean Beach equipment, common kitchen area with BBQ available Farmhouse: Make yourself at home in the front bedroom of the restored farmhouse.
